Terms of sales

Article 1 - Application of conditions
The seller is defined below as Posters 24 ltd. The buyer is defined below as being the company or the person signing and accepting these conditions of sale. The general conditions of sale apply exclusively to all sales concluded by Posters 24 ltd .. The information given on catalogs, price lists, websites, notes, etc ... is given only as a indicative and may, as such, be modified by the seller without notice. The mere fact of placing an order or accepting an offer from the seller constitutes unreserved acceptance of these general conditions. These general conditions may be modified at any time and without notice by Posters 24 ltd., The modifications then being applicable to all subsequent orders.

Article 2 - Orders
The sale of our products on this site is exclusively reserved for the end consumer, that is to say to any natural person not acting as a trader and having the legal capacity to contract. Consequently, orders from professionals will not be honored by Posters 24 ltd. In this regard, Posters 24 ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order of an abnormal nature such as an order for quantities of products exceeding the normal needs of a consumer or the flow of abnormal orders to the same billing and / or delivery address.

In the context of orders made on the website www.wallmurals.ie and on any other Posters 24 ltd. Website, orders are effective from the date of receipt of payment for checks and from the date of debiting the account. of the buyer for credit cards or Paypal.

Article 3 - Price
The seller's price list does not constitute a sale. It can be modified unilaterally without prior notice.
All prices are net in euros including all taxes, packaging, transport and freight insurance costs not included, departure from the seller's warehouse.

Article 4 - Delivery - Transport
Transport entrusted to Mondial Relay or DPD is organized by the seller.

Delivery in certain areas (Dom, Tom, Countries outside the European Union) may give rise to additional invoicing. In such cases, this information is clearly indicated on the delivery information page.

Article 5 - Complaints and after-sales service
Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer must immediately and imperatively check their condition and their compliance with the contract.

Any return of merchandise requires prior notification to the seller so that the customer can organize it, by email (sales@wallmurals.ie) or  via the contact page of your Customer Area . The buyer will receive by email a number to note on the package allowing the identification of the returned package. It will be appropriate on this occasion that the buyer gives his precise contact details and provides the designation of the element (s) concerned, the failure noted and the invoice number corresponding to the parts described. The buyer has, after obtaining the return number,

For defective parts, the buyer can obtain the standard exchange of his merchandise during the entire legal warranty period of the product, subject to availability in stock. In the event of a shortage of stock on the product (s) concerned, Posters 24 ltd. will offer the buyer a refund or an exchange with an equivalent product.

In the event of a defective product, you must contact Posters 24 ltd. by (sales@wallmurals.ie) or  via the contact page of your Customer Area so that the problem is identified and that an adequate solution is proposed: refund, standard exchange if the product is in stock or proposal of an equivalent product. All products and services marketed by Posters 24 ltd. have a two-year warranty from receipt of the goods.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal for individuals
The buyer has a period of 15 days to inform Posters 24 ltd. (by email (sales@wallmurals.ie) or  via the contact page of your Customer Area)of his wish to retract, from the delivery of the last product or service of his order. Once Posters 24 ltd. informed of this decision to withdraw, the buyer has an additional 15 days to return the products or services concerned. The reimbursement of returned products and services will be made within a maximum period of 15 days from the receipt of said products and services in return.

In the event of withdrawal by the buyer of this contract, the seller will reimburse him for all payments received from him. The seller will proceed with the reimbursement using the same means of payment as that used by the buyer for the initial transaction, unless the buyer and the seller expressly agree on a different means; in any case, this reimbursement will not incur costs for the buyer.

The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply for the delivery of products that have been made to the buyer's specifications or clearly personalized:  personalized fall into this category and therefore cannot be the subject of a right of withdrawal. .

Article 7 - Guarantee

All products and services marketed by Posters 24 ltd. have a two-year warranty from receipt of the goods.

Legal guarantees

The seller delivers goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
It also responds to any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when this has been charged to it by the contract or has been carried out under its responsibility.

The good complies with the contract:
1 ° If it is suitable for the use usually expected of a similar good and, where applicable:
- if it corresponds to the description given by the seller and has the qualities that the latter has presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or a model;
- if it has the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect given the public statements made by the seller, the producer or his representative, in particular in advertising or labeling;

When the buyer asks the seller, during the course of the commercial guarantee which was granted to him during the acquisition or repair of movable property, a repair covered by the guarantee, any period of immobilization of 'at least seven days is added to the duration of the guarantee which remained to run.

The seller is bound by the warranty for hidden defects in the item sold which make it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which reduce this use so much that the buyer has not acquired it, or has not acquired it. would have given that

. to send the product directly to the manufacturer so that the latter can take charge of repairing or exchanging the product.

The transfer of ownership of the goods takes place on delivery for orders whose transport is organized by the seller (DPD). In this case, the goods are transported at the risk and peril of the seller.

Article 9 - Payment
Payments must be made in such a way that the seller can dispose of the sums on the due date. Unless special conditions expressly written or specific conditions granted to business customers after studying their file, payments must be made by transfer when ordering - bank card - or by check when ordering. For all payments made on the website, the seller reserves the right to accept the sale to ask the buyer to justify his identity and place of residence.
Any late payment entails the payment of a late payment penalty equal to 8 times the legal interest rate and a lump sum compensation for recovery costs equal to 40 euros.

Article 11 - Final Stipulations
La Posters 24 ltd. will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions. The computerized registers of Posters 24 ltd. Will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties, unless proven otherwise. Bulgarian law is applicable without however excluding the application of mandatory legislative rights granted to consumers or of a more protective mandatory law by the foreign judge seized by a consumer of the corresponding country. If one of the clauses or provisions of these T & Cs were to be canceled or declared illegal by a final court decision, this nullity or illegality will in no way affect the other clauses and provisions, which will continue to apply.
